Paseo Santa Lucia

This pleasant river walk is located next to the museum. You can rent a paddle boat or enjoy the river front bars and restaurants.

Various local bands perform for free on Sunday evenings at 6 p.m. under the Municipal Palace.
Chipinque National Park
Av. Gomez Morin. From San Pedro Garcia Garza, head south towards the mountains.
Chipinique Nationa Park is only a 20 minute drive from downtown. The 5000 ft altitude makes this park a favorite during spring and summer. Mountain biking and hiking trails are well laid out.
Bungee Jump
Hacienda Cola de Caballo, Km 6, Santiago
Locate on the hotel grounds, jumpers leap from a platform built over a steep cliff right into the forest.
Bullfights

Bullfights are staged every Sunday from May to December a the Plaza del Toros Monumental.
