Golf
Monterrey golf courses are beautiful, unfortunately, most of them are private and offer very limited public access. In order to play, you must have an invitation from a member.
Hacienda el Mirador is a public golf course located in the hills just out of town. The 9 hole, 70 par golf course is laid out among the valleys and hills and is rather rough. This is a walking course as no carts are available. You can take a caddie and rent golf clubs there. Green fees are reasonably priced. Bring comfortable shoes.
